POSITIVE FOCUS CARES
Hey everyone! Let’s regain control of what is most important to us, Peace of Mind. It’s true that what is going on with the current virus situation is very concerning but let’s make a choice to use our strongest muscle in our body to combat the fear that is taking over the world.
Your Mind is a very powerful tool. It can make us feel happy at any given time. Think about your favorite song. Think about that cute little baby smiling. Think about the delicious meal that you will be enjoying for dinner. Remember when even looking at the clouds used to make us feel happy and free.
Unfortunately the mind is also the main contributor to what we are feeling right now…STRESSED!!! The media is supposed to inform us about what is going on but it seems as though most of it is negative. The internet is full of false information. So what is society telling us to FOCUS on?!
STOP!!!!!!
Here’s my suggestion on how to regain control of your Life. First, take a couple of deep breaths. Concentrate on the air purifying your body as you inhale. As you exhale, release all the stress and toxins that might have built up inside of you. If you need to do this multiple times, DO IT. Because you deserve to be Happy and Healthy.
Second, capture those Amazing Wonder-filled WOW!! Moments that are available to you. Life is Great!!! You just need to refocus your attention on what makes you really Happy. It could be the sunrise… a smiling face… a song on the radio that makes you want to dance and/or sing… the possibility of getting great feedback from a friend… a refreshing shower… or a nice deep cleansing breath.
We have gotten really good at letting those Negative Thoughts enter and establish residence in our minds. But it’s our choice to make it our main FOCUS OF ATTENTION or Let it Go and redirect our Focus on Amazing Wonder-filled WOW!! Moments. It’s truly is our choice on what we think and how we want to feel. Start your Amazing Wonder-filled WOW!! Moments list TODAY!
So whenever you start to feel anxious or a little stressed, take a deep cleansing breath and look at your Amazing Wonder-filled WOW!! Moments list. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel. Why not make it your new habit. It’s your choice.
